What type of music do you like, besides fantasy? And what artists have you been listening to recently?

I'm currently listening to the CD "Sing the Sorrow" by AFI.

I listen to everything, and recently it has been a lot of Swedish indiependent pop and other stuff. There is so much good music out there. I cannot name just a few, I have to name all and that would take time :-) But if I really should name a few... Frou Frou, Marit Bergman, Venus Hum, The Knife to name just a few of the latest CD buys.

I haven't even heard of those. Perhaps I am uncultured.

No, you are probably not :-) I think it's because most of them are only known in Sweden, but very good nevertheless.

The only groups I know from Sweden are The Hives, ABBA, and the group that does that song, "Hearts on Fire." Other than that, I'm pretty ignorant to Swedish culture.

Hehe, yes be ignorant, there's nothing much here ;-) Our culture is fun, lots of alchohol and some old pagan rites! Except from that almost all kids want to be Americans :-)

Ehmm..lets see, everything but hardrock where they barpout the music like an orc on crack.

Well, my favorite music is actually "vocal trance"..its almost the same thing too :D calm yet powerful music that moves you.

Listen to "the sound of goodbye" and you will understand.

Well, I like gothic and love metal very much, and rock also is lovely, but my most most most of all favorite band is MUSE. Anyone know these guys? They're British, and they play smth like alternative or electric rock. They just released a brand new album - "Absolution".

Strange to compare - my favorite CD is FOTR soundtrack... :D

Edition: decided to add a link if anyone interested in MUSE - http://www.muse.mu/
Check it out... the band is breathtaking... you can listen to songs there in the media section.

2edition: C'mon ppl, where are you all...!? Dead or what? :(

3edition: The MUSE vocalist can be seen in my avatar now...

Well, I'm afraid (or proud) that I like almost everything in music stuff.

Have you heard Peter Frampton? His song's Do you feel like I do it's a magistral class of guitar playing!

I like blur and oasis.

What I've said: almost everything!

I too listen to a lot of different band and styles. Some bands I particularly like: Frou Frou, The Knife, Tori Amos, Depeche Mode, Leonard Cohen, Suede, Rammstein and others.

Ton't forget of The Corrs, Nirvana, Enya, Red Hot chili Peppers, and some other more!
