I like so many different kinds of music! It's real fun making compilations where you have one soft track by some singer songwriter (Sophie Zelmani for example) and then the most wicked Rage Against The Machine song the next. Great fun with contrasts :-)

Right now I'm not listening to anything... time to fire something up!

I like Celtic/New Age (Enya, Kitaro, David Arkenstone, Mary Martin Stockdale, Celtic Mystery), I love the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkle, Micheal Crawford. I like *some* pop/rock (Simple Plan has a couple good ones... love Hoobastank's 'The Reason') I love a lot of Broadway Musical music - Phantom of the Opera, namely. I have some favorites in the Classical genre, too. Lot of very diverse stuff. :wink:

I like most music, but what really makes my blood pumping is BATTLE MUSIC

, when I'm gaming example: I'm playing battlefield 2 and most of the time I'm listening RR when playing games, when "battle" music plays I really play better, and I'm really serious about this. For some reason I react faster, better do everything else quicker etc etc.

- Race Skyth: +10 to all stats when playing "battle" music

I like metal.
Gothic metal over other styles, and also folk-metal, don't know if there are any popular bands outside Estonia, who play folk-metal, or bands who play folk-metal outside Estonia at all.
It is very unique, kind of medieval metal or something...

Hmm... Some bands then: Nightwish, Within Temptation, Epica, (don't like Evanescence, 'cos it is too "pop"ish...)
And then the bands from Estonia, who make "paganfolk-metal": Metsatöll, Raud-Ants, Ugly Ogre.
