This sounds like something very boring. To much repeating on the drums like a record stuck.

The music gives birth to a certain mystical and dreamy atmosphere... but it's not really exciting.
No variation, no climaxes. Once you've heared the first 10 seconds, you've heared it all.

I have to say that I do like this album the best of what Arcana has put out. Some of the songs have a real ethnic feel to them which is really refreshing.

The best arcana album in my opinion. Monotone like all their albums but this time it fits :)

More ambient than musical - not one of Arcana's better tracks, sort of a let down at the end.

My favourite album to hate when it comes to Arcana. Not even scoring a 1.5 star average this album has me reaching for the mute button every time. It can hardly come as a surprise to anyone that I passionately dislike Arcana, but I must say I am proud of the fact that not a single one of my relatives or friends have an Arcana album.

To tis credit, Arcana came through with a different sound for this album. Too bad it was worse than their old one.

I mostly haven't been too much of a fan of Arcana's music till now, but I've got to admit that I've really come to like this album in particular and, afterwards, looking back at my previous opinions about Arcana, much of what Arcana has been about seems to have accompanied myself in various ways already and melted with my taste and feelings on other layers. I've been occasionally listening to stuff like Dead Can Dance, Stoa, Cocteau Twins, Dark Sanctuary, so now I realize that I've never been that far from Arcana as I thought. They're not my favourite representatives for anything specific, yet, I've come to like some of their work for some reasons. Life changes, I guess.

It's a very exciting piece that actually manage to evoke an image of a snake dancer when I hear it.
