Nothing wrong with ambient...as Mark Morgan's fine work on Fallout can attest. But this piece as a standalone on Radio Rivendell? Doesn't quite work...

I liked this, from an ‘ambient’ point of listening and I'm sure it could even fit the right fantasy or sci-fi setting - not sure it is entertaining enough to fit the radio though, considering that most of the more common fantasy music is orchestral and melodic, more or less.
