Based only on his work for the Baldur's Gate computer games and as such perhaps not the fairest of indications of his abilities.

Like Morpheus said, we have only his Baldur's Gate work to judge him by. That said, he's OK, but he doesn't make my eardrums weep with joy.

I agree with those who criticise that we know hardly anything from Hoenig beside BG. But I loved the games and his music wove the perfect background to it. I adore these pieces of music!
