New and updated weather!

ArticleEtherlord has supplied us with a new "weather plugin" with a more realistic rain and finally some sunshine! A note on the weather, if it snows in Rivendell (real time, real life) it snows here on the site, the same goes with rain. For now all other days are sunny :)
