Old stream server domain removed

Today I've removed the old radiorivendell.ddns.net domain we used once for the radio. Today (and since quite long ago) we switched over to the new domain stonehold.se which points to the same radio server, just a domain I control myself. So if you for some reason still use the old radiorivendell.ddns.net, update to the new one from today.
