Lord of the Rings Online becomes free!!

This is fun news indeed! As we just posted on our Twitter, the MORPG set in Middle-Earth, Lord of the Rings Online, becomes free to play this fall. It will not require any payment or creditcard to play. You will instead be paying for premium items and such in "Turbine Points" which you will be able to obtain either freely online for completing quests. You will also have the option to purchase these points for real money, but these purchases are entirely optional.

Read all about it in their FAQ what the limits are, but why wait? Sign up today! :)

Warhammer Online also has some similiar pricing like this. I wonder if World of Warcraft have something similar going?

Their exist private Servers of World of Warcraft. Where you can play for free WoW. But not everthing works there because its not supported by Blizzard-Service.
