Yeah! My copy of the Book of War arrived in the post today! It's phenomenal! Not a bad song in the bunch, and I'm having trouble picking favorites. Sean Beeson has another divine composition here. Gargrim the Liar's track is so different from the one he contributed to the first CD - it shows a real range of talent and definite growth as a composer. Chapter 1 is sublime, nostalgic and beautiful Chapter 2 is dark, foreboding and dramatic Chapter 3 is the bittersweet climax I really like the digipack format. The booklet layout is very attractive. Now do we have to wait a whole year for the next one???

It's really rewarding when what you create is appreciated We'll see when chapter three will show up. Waerloga Records and Radio Rivendell is certain that there definitely will be a next one! We've already discussed it a bit.

Mine's arrived!!! *Squeals* Thanks, Elrond! I'm loving the packaging, much more proffesional looking than the first one.The story inside the booklet is awesome too! I'll be having fun reading that. I'm just playing the music now, but from what I've heard so far, it sounds great! The only criticism I have is that the font in the booklet is a little difficult to read. OK, I've just finished listening to the first couple of tracks....WOW! If the rest of the CD is up to this standard....this is definatley one to be played full-blast!

Yes, it turned out to be much darker than I had expected. Don't know why. Probably because I haven't color calibrated my screen for print work. Will keep this in mind for volume 3
