Hopefully fixed "Now playing"

Hopefully fixed Now playing

I have hopefully fixed the bug I wrote about in the earlier post here. The track information is updated in both Safari and Chrome now. Can anyone verify Internet Explorer 8? Or perhaps even 6 and 7? I am at my home office without a working Windows installation so I cannot check it out at the moment. But it looks promising at least.

Now playing looks okay across Firefox, Chrome, and IE8 on my side. Running XP. Support for older browsers/OS is being phased out by everybody which I know people don't like, but that's technology. It moves on.

All I know is now it won't let me rate--even when logged in. Sniffles....

There's a known "feature" where items not in the database looks rateable (i.e they get visible empty stars). I will try to fix this soon. Perhaps even right now.

It also seems to work pretty well in IE6, but I have no real true IE6-installation though.

There we go. Now songs not found in our database will not get visible (empty) stars. Now it should be visible which items you can rate and what is not rate:able.

Khazar-Khum, do you think this was the case with your problem? Can you rate things that already have a rating? Which browser do you use?

I use Firefox. Usually I can rate things whether or not they have been rated, but for some reason every now & then it won't work. Either I get sent to a 'page does not exist' page or it simply won't work when I try to click. I just now tested it & it let me rate "Riot in the Senate" so it seems to be working.

Thank you again for making this work.
