David De Michele

David De Michele has been composing Electronic Ambient music since 2005 when he formed his independent label, Indigo World Productions. Having started with piano at age ten while living in Europe, David is mostly self-taught and does not read or write music. His music is cinematic by nature, with each composition developed as if telling a story. “When I sit down at my synth workstation, I envision the theme
or story, as it were, and play the music that comes through, allowing it to flow.”

Having moved from space themed music to fantasy themed music, David’s Middle-Earth themed Hidden World trilogy was completed in July of 2025 with the Avalon themed Between the Worlds trilogy well under way. His deep interest in the realms of Middle-Earth and Arthurian legends were inspirations for these works. David has long had an interest in and a deep appreciation for film scores, having been inspired by the works of John Williams, Vangelis, Ennio Morricone, and Hans Zimmer. His music spans a wide range of styles, genres, and influences.

David’s music has been featured on One World Music Radio with various awards, on Star’s End Radio, and is currently featured on digital media through Glide Bros, a global leader in digital media reach and engagement. David’s music is in worldwide distribution through The Orchard Enterprises.
