Love steampunk! A mix of an existed era and fantasy.

Got to say I also love the fact that in order to have the "feeling" of steampunk you have to use relatively inexpensive materials, like brass and copper (oh copper looks great!^^)

That one is cool! It's also probably an old reused clock turned upside down I love how they used real crystals in them. I heard they put tiny rubies or such in them. Don't know why but they had some effect on the accuracy or something

Quartz is used in clocks. Quartz is also a big family of gems (citrine, amethyst, smoky quartz etc.) that's propably the reason why you heard something about rubies, athough rubies are consider precious and the quartz family semi-precious. It has more to do with the vibrations of the crystal... i think..... once I start gemology I 'll let you know.
