yes, that is a snapshot of my internet connections up-time! and i cant switch it until other projects get finished!

If it's your ISP's fault, you probably have some government institutions in your country that help. One could be a consumer rights protection, second a telecomunication control organ and there might be more.

Lets just say that it had gotten to a point that we switched ISPs....

October 1, 2015 to February 21, 2015. yes, i have had some server troubles in the past 2 days so i have cut them out...

I contacted the FCC about this and then the rest of the family decided to change providers
