I downloaded a Dungeons & Dragons Soundtrack released many years back the other day. Turns out a track on it was actually corrupted in their media store. When I went to customer services they were super easy to contact (actually by phone with a real person!) and gave me my money back on the whole album straight away. Totally excellent service. They even said they would try and resolve the issue with the content publisher and keep me in the loop by email.

Was it any good?

A positive customer service interaction. Haven't read many of these lately.

Actually Lord Elrond, it was a mixed bag to be honest, but one that went from good to very good indeed. And removing the corrupt track didn't harm the collection at all.

Let me say countryman ShadowMaster, that I'm happy to hear of your great experience. I'm with Alanar in this one...you don't hear about this kind of things very often. Good to know about someone still doing like it should be.

Indeed Franch_Goldaraz. When you do hear about great service its usually from a small outfit that still cares about each of its customers, not the omnipotent giant that is Google. I was surprised as much as impressed. Even as a Google fan I expected to be let down as they already had my money and music is not a tangible thing that could be returned. Still, let this show that David doesn't need to get his slingshot out if Goliath is going to be reasonable.....
