I wonder how many autographed Tolkien books there are... I'm really looking forward to see all of Game of Thrones. Never read any of the books, and now's not the time since we'll hopefully get to see everything once they're finished. Let's cross our fingers

The TV series is defiantly one of the best book-TV I've seen before, I'm 3/4s of the way through the second book, and I still think I get something more from the book than the TV series delivers.

I still prefer making a TV series rather than a film - LoTR =]

Yeah, a series can be so much bigger, with time spent on exploring and describing the different characters. Movies are usually too "short" for this.

but I agree, game of thrones certainly has a good set of characters with some very interesting developments =]
