Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it.
Lyra seems like an interesting character, reminds me of a book I once read,
but I can't recall the name.

Yeah amnesia is commonly used because it's so convinient not to know a thing!!
It's also a good way to unwrap a story...

Well I have done many RP's and am an amateur writer. I never lead, narrated an Rp before but I am willing to give it a shot.
Basically what we need is a story-line. We can have a character pull the story or we can roll a narrator that sets - up events for the characters to respond on it this last case it is best that the Story leader is also the bad guy (with no forward description so he comes to life during the story, in order to play to the characters strengths and weaknesses). The bad guy that already rolled can still be in as (Lich in human Form) Contagonist (A character that works against the party of heroes in a unobvious way, he seems to be one of them but in fact is a supporter or agent of the villain) If you like I could give it a shot.
I propose the following:
I start a new thread (with the title of the story) and get the story going. I will assign each one of you a core role found in almost all fantasy stories construct. The so called archetypes: Protagonist (he is the unofficial leader of the group and sets the group in motion towards a goal), Contagonist (He is the prime agent of the Villain and works against the group, in this story he works as an undercover that does everything to keep the group from getting to their goal without being uncovered, until the climax that is), Antagonist (The prime villain), Skeptic (This character is convinced that the evil must be defeated but he openly questions the protagonist's methods), Emotion (this character sees the world trough it's emotions, he or she confronts all obstacles trough an emotional way), Reason (He or she confronts all obstacles trough the way of reason, he or she is the voice of logic and reason for the group), Guardian (He or she is the wisest of the group, he or she knows thing about the world others don't, he is the primary guide of the protagonist when it comes to choosing paths), Side-kick (He or she is the Protagonist's most loyal supporter and he or she will do nearly anything to get the Protagonist to his or her goal)
So here is my suggestion for the roles:
Protagonist: Barin (He started this thread + he seems quite mysterious)
Contagonist: Braesin Cruxir (for obvious reasons ď )
Antagonist: Me (narrator and villain to get the story to go somewhere)
Skeptic: Deurtis (This can work very well since the back-story of this guy is pretty grim his motivations towards the world are very different than any other character â is he a demon, is that why he is so different, is that why he questions the groups methods?)
Emotion: Lyra (Music is a very emotional form of art. As she confronts obstacles with music it seems a perfect Emotion character. Perhaps she rather feels trough problems with hearth and soul. )
Reason: SeĂĄnarr (Seems to be a smart character and one of the only that is actually send on a mission by a group of his peers. The reason seems clear he is very capable. Could it be he thinks trough problems and confronts them logically?)
Guardian: Dorgat Hiddmiron Mashna (He seems to have a rich background story and the character knows a lot about the world (his world at the very least) which makes him a valuable source of tactics, monsters, lore and what not, he seems a perfect guide)
Side-Kick: Berroc Battlehammer (Seems an open minded character with a strong will. Perhaps he and Barin met before and are very good friends? Perhaps they both trust each other to such an extent they would lay their lives down for one another?)
What do you guyâs think, should I start an introduction scene? I already have a fairly good idea and am willing to take you lot on a journey. ď
