Why would you work with the Daggerfall Covenant as a Khajit? The Ademeri Dominion are superior!

How the hell did you managed to get an alpha key??
The game is not even in a beta stage and they don't give keys to random folks.
I think my hype about this game is already gone now...
DOTA 2 FTW !!

You want to talk about lost hype? I still play Neverwinter Nights 1. 1! Not 2, not the mmo Neverwinter. Neverwinter Nights 1!
... and I love it so much

Maybe I'm not a random folk.
As for hype, the game is really nice, just as I thought, it's very responsive (you click and the hero immediately goes there, I hate like in Dota 2 you wait until the hero rotates, observes terrain, think about the sense of life and after ages finally goes towards the point), graphics are nice, gameplay is interesting.
I don't understand DOTA 2 phenomenon.

Oh, i see. You're one of those hard-to-let-go types.
It's quite fine if you are, nothing against that, but i ain't gonna play a game that is ancient to the nowadays standards and i am not talkimg only about graphics. Suit yourself and play whatever you find interesting and original. Everyone for himself. Though i've played the Neverwinter MMO during the initial launch, up-to level 30...something when quite frankly i quitted after that. The game was too boring for me and it got quickly repetitive. I don't know if it's the same with the older Neverwinter titles, but here it is. I mean, it's basically, make a new character, kill some baddies, got to town, fech some quests, go to the dungeon, kill some more baddies, get loot and return to town. It needs something more than that. It almost feels like a Monster Hunter game, which is quite awkward. Didn't expected more from a D&D game, but still it became reaaaally boring doing these things most of the time. The aesthetic and the overall feel of the game is quite special and one of a kind for sure. Oh yeah and also, they restricted you to only 2 character slots. You basically gotta pay if you want to have more. So, that being said, the P2W win thingy is also present in there. Anyway, At least they have this "Foundry" system that basically allows people to make custom quests and present them to other players, which is quite unique for an MMO nowadays. I don't know, i gave that game a chance and it didn't grow on me.

No, seriously, how did you got a key or should i say "invite"? You have some secret "twitch streamer or youtuber" identity that we don't know about, or? Just wanted to try that game couple of months ago and Blizz didn't even throw anything for us.I imagine you got your invite thingy before couple of weeks or days and so. Techincal alpha, bla, bla, game is still in development, small circle of people... we heard these things like hundreds of times. People just want to play. These things doesn't make any sense when i see such a huge amount of youtubers playing the game. Also some pretty random guys just showing a match or two in their freshly made channels. So what's with the "small circle of people"? Also it's already taking too long and people are loosing hype and interest. No, mate, DOTA 2 is not suprrior and it have some pretty frustrating movement and what not, but when you get use to it, you ain't gonna stop playing. It's the same with any MOBA out there these days. Oh and, in the case here, Blizzard quite frankly LOST the dispute for the "DOTA" name against Valve, also they have renamed their game from Blizzard Allstars to HOTS and now they even can't allow people to try it? Please, remind me, for how long the game is in this alpha state? As far as i remember, for too damn long! I've never seen such thing in my entire gaming experience. Was Hearthstone delayed like that? I don't really remember such thing.

Hearthstone wasn't delayed like that, but it was a small project. Think about Diablo 3 when you want to compare one AAA to another.
HOTS is in alpha and it will be for some time to come. Blizzard cares about it's reputation too much to publish an unfinished product. I don't think the game will be released to public before 2016.

Not at all, NWN was just kind of fundamental to my intense love of fantasy, that and EQ.
I'm sorry your experience with Neverwinter wasn't that great. I played a very little bit of Neverwinter, but I had to quit because these days I have a limited amount of time to spend on gaming and I'm getting a good-enough MMO fix from GW2. I can't blame Neverwinter for wanting to make money on their game, that's just silly- they made it, they should make money from it. I get that it's frustrating, but the free to play model is popular, and while high gameplay restrictions are a bit archaic, to be fair, they probably don't have the advertising or popularity factor that other huge already established MMO's have, like GW or WoW. I bet the restrictions would loosen up if they had more players.
For me, the fun of NWN isn't just the gameplay. It was, essentially, being my character. When I first played through it when I was 9 I actually spent HOURS writing notes in-character in my journal. I was fully enveloped in the world. I think one of the reasons I still play is to get some of that back. Or to get in touch with it again when I work on the book-thing I'm doing about my characters.
But on a more gameplay-based note, I liked NWN. I feel like a lot of classes in MMOs and RPGs are diluted in the name of customization. I miss HARD rpgs, where everything isn't spoonfed to you and you actually have to figure stuff out on your own and think outside the box a bit.
