My favourites: 1. Batman:Begins. I watched it again (like 10th time?) yesterday. It's masterpiece. Can't stop talking about it, sorry 2. Monthy Python:Holy Grail (seen like 6 times) 3. Lord of the Rings trilogy. (also around 6 times each part) 4. Inception. This is the movie I watched only 3 times, although I didn't really love it the 2nd and 3rd time. I should watch it only once. Still I consider it fav, because it was mind blowing for me. 5. Sherlock Holmes (Didn't see the newest one, I mean the previous) - ingenious interlacing humour and action, to let you rest from one seeing the other

Wooohooo, movies! As I can not call one movie my favourite one - it simply depends on my currently mood, time, whatever - I'll just split the movies I liked best into some genres. Just like everybody else here is doing it. Fantasy: LotR (although I can't watch it once again) Time Machine (the one from 20xx, let's call it Fantasy) SciFi: Event Horizon, Cargo, Pandorum, Pitch Black Horror: Event Horizon, all kinds of Zombie films, Let the right one in (Swedish original) Comedy/Action: Bud Spencer movies! Pirates of the Caribbean Action: Reign of Fire, Avatar

I really like movies and watch at least three movies weekly here are some of my favorite movies in no particular order: Big Fish, Bang Bang You're Dead, Dogma, Holes, Detroit Rock City, Underworld, Night Watch, The Rocker, Die Welle, Ben X, Goodbye Lenin!, Män som hatar kvinnor, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, Lord Of The Rings trilogy, Still Crazy, Pirate Radio and many others...

So many good movies, I don't think I can actually name a favorite without stressing myself out. lol

Oh, I cannot remember everything I liked, but here are some good ones: Lotr The Hobbit of Peter Jackson (even though I haven't seen it yet hehe) The Holy Grail The Nympoid Barbarian in a Dinosaur Hell ( it's so funny! ) Riki-oh, the Story of Riki (It's even funnier) The Enchanted The Sleeping Beauty ( I like the classic fairy tales) Howl's Moving Castle Paprika The Wings of Desire If I remember of something else I will add it

So many great movies mentioned here! It's really hard to choose favorites, so I have to narrow it down to ones I am most enthusiastic about. -The Dark Crystal -Labyrinth -Legend (yay Tim Curry!) -Lord of the Rings (all three movies) -Harry Potter (the first movie especially, it holds the most nostalgic feel for me) -Nightmare Before Christmas -Inception -The Fifth Element Edit: Oh no! Wow! I never thought it could be a fav of someone.

Well, it's definitely a huge success and a good ending of the trilogy so, by all means it is my fav movie for 2012 as well. (i don't count The Hobbit. When it see daylight, it will shurely eclipses all movies) Nolan knows how to deliver good storytelling and to pick good actors, the rest is just magic.

Mine is most definately, 'The Princess Bride'.

Well, I think that my favourite movies are Braveheart ,Gangs of New York, V for Vendetta , Fight Club and The Crow with Brandon Lee. Although, from fantasy section Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones(I know it's TV series) are simply EPIC!!!!!! J.R.R Tolkien and G.R.R Martin must be very proud!!!!
