Adding Position Music (James Dooley) "Untold".

Very much torn on Best Game Soundtrack, but if I could, I'd suggest Runes of Magic and Lord of the Rings Online. If only one can be nominated, I'd go with Runes of Magic (hides from fellow LOTRO players).

I hope you won't nominate anything from Jeremy Soule. He's still doing nothing but copy-pasting himself. -_-

The same can be said of most soundtrack composers. Their work is made to order, and those ordering the stuff tend to expect more of the same. It's not the composer's fault that clients lack imagination and daring.

The best stuff from any musician tends to be what they do on their own. Look at Vangelis, for instance: his soundtracks are fantastic, but his best can still be found on non-soundtrack records.

I've been trying to think of nominees, but I tend to come to things a bit late, and the newest stuff that occurs to me is from last year.

TBH, if he had anything new out this year, I'd probably nominate him. Even if it can be derivative of his older stuff at times, it's still some of the best stuff out there. Anyway, this is just nominations - anyone can nominate anyone, assuming the year and category are a fit - so don't worry much about what *I* nominate. Let's hear *your* suggestions!

Hopefully, but I'm not sure. At least put him up for the shortlist of composers at least and we'll keep an eye on the releases.

Ooh, I hadn't heard about that one! Some of that was on Awakenings, I think, but not all of it.

More! Give me more! Really surprised I haven't gotten *any* game soundtracks. I'm still playing Skyrim, GW2, and CK2 (all from before 2013) so you can't blame me.
