Some news from the MySpace blog of Za Frumi about the new compilation. "... I have also been around helping Jens (Waerloga Records) and Anders (Radio Rivendell) putting together a compilation were the bands pick each already decided title. I am writing a story for it all and some of the tracks on the album are really great. I and Simon Heath actually got back to the studio to create a song especially for the compilation. Nice with breaking the break..." Sounds interesting

Oh yes, sorry that we haven't been posting anything during the last few weeks. I will get better at it. It's just that we've been quite busy with paperwork, collecting all tracks, etc. So... progress update: We have received all songs Should have all papers now (hopefully) CD factory has been contacted and engaged Work will be started with the cover and booklet It will be a digipack release Six page booklet Full color printing Nearly 80 minutes of pure fantasy music!

This are fine news. Digipack is really great so this cd is a must have for 2008

That looks amazing! I love the idea that the whole album tells a tale, each artist submitting a song for each particular chapter. Thrilled to bits too that I get to hear some new material from Za Frûmi. I am sure it will be just as, if not more brilliant than the first CD.

yep! definetively great idea (second Cd with new compilation) my own suggestion would be (Double CD case, you can put the Wallpapers, and some good formatted (readable file) for best RPG stories catched here in forums, and good editted....some class of artwork added as BINnaries files in a Bonus CD with some docs or special fanzine compilation of stuff i'm talking something like Audio CD + Bonus PC CD-Rom with special "edition" with some class of new artwork (Wallpapers RR), and something like RR Mp3 Audio Jingles FX Player i made here last months (application for play FX ambience and Jingles) Draws made by forums people last months and the mobile phone themes on competition forums for Nokia and Sonny Ericsson ones... yes the spents on that is something to check, but whynot make something like that...in a double CD case...just in case you decide made one thing more elaborated ( Elrond) if i'm not wrong, witchywanda have recording of the Wallpapers stuff and i've some interesting freesoftware for make audio works... anyway...is a suggestion

ah yes, i experienced with VISTA windows system and all this nice windows works like a buggy thingy...i'm with it over 1/2 day and finally i installed Windows XP System for working fine as workstation in my new Laptop HP Pavillion Entertainment PC a extremely good PC but now i need some drivers...

So it's finally great to see the announcement that RR CD2 is well on it's way to release. I've rummaged the information page (http://www.radiorivendell.com/compilations/2/index.php?pageId=1) for every last bit of info that I can get about the CD. And I must say from what I've seen it's going to be even better then CD1, I just have one question. Will it be shippable to the U.K. and the rest of Europe from the off or will we have to wait a little while to get our hands on it over here? A very simple (and possibly irrelevant) question I admit, but it is just a little information I couldn't find about the CD on the info site and was interested to find out. Anyhow I look forward to it's release and I'm sure many more CD's (After CD2 of course) are yet to come from our Lord Elrond & Waerloga Records, with the help of the many great artists out there that make up the RR compilation's artist list.
