"Hide!" Parannos hisses as he slinks off to hide behind a tree as close to the girl as possible, taking out his sling on the way. He leans against the rough bark, casts his eyes downward and mutters, "Armo, may your mercy preserve us, your hand guide us, and your will bless our endeavours."

The girl's shouting makes the wolf turn its yellow eyes to the child. Bearing its teeth the huge animal lets out a low threatening growl. "That is quite enough Susi", Draugthuilion suddenly speaks. The elf had been calmly observing the situation. The wolf's eyes snap to the ranger who squats and beckons the animal to come closer. The wolf's posture changes immediately and it lets its pink tongue hang out from its mouth as it jogs to the elf wagging its tail playfully. For a moment it looks like a very big dog when it lets Draugthuilion scratch it behind the ears. The one eyed elf turns to look a the girl. "I am sorry that he scared you. We didn't know if you were a friend or a foe", he says in neutral tone. "Susi won't harm any of you so you can put down your arms",, he adds to the rest of the group.

Dorin crouches lower to the ground in an attempt to further conceal himself. He looks intently in the direction of the torches and prepares to strike should the need arise. While focused on the imminent threat that approaches, he also tries to keep an eye on his companions to follow where they may hide.

When the wolfs ears perked up Draugthuilion notices the lights coming closer. He gives the wolf a small sign and it disappears into the shadows and the elf follows the animal. The shadows seem to swallow the elf and soon he is no where to be seen. Quietly He draws his arrow and waits.

Dorin peers into the oncoming torches and is inexplicably filled with an over powering emotion. He quietly flees the woods to return from wence he came.

Amelia follows Parannos. She is right behind him. With eyes on the child "It's ok we are here to help."-I think-

With a flicker the girl hides under a pile of snow and leaves From behind the trees appear about five humans, covered with furs with long swords of ice. "the screams sounded around here" says one of them with a heavily accented Three humans venture into the clearing where you are hiding, the rest wait in the tree line

Quietly Draugthuilion aims at the man closest to him and waits for them to speak more if he could place the accent. The wolf waits as quietly besides the ranger.

Without showing himself, Parannos shouts "Hold! You are surrounded! Identify yourselves!" He gets ready to use his sling if any of them attack or start casting spells.

Amelia holds her breath as she waits for the strangers response. calming Shadow with one hand and ready to cast a spell if things get ugly.

The silence is endless and is such that you can almost hear the snow fall and hit the ground. "hahahaha very nice guys, looks like we have a couple of baby seals loose around here instead of one" says, with a strange accent, the one that seems to be the leader "Children, come out, it is very cold and we want to warm you, ahh ha ha ha" laugh all at once. "Yesss, good children out of hiding, there are bad men out there who want to eat bad children, hahahaha" laughs another

Without thinking Draugthuilion shoots aming for the leaders throat. Drawing another arrow he quietly moves trying to sircle behind the men. Susi growls menacingly and follows the elf keeping its yellow eyes on the enemies.

"May the suffering be yours, then," Parannos mutters and lets fly a sling bullet at the closest enemy.

At the same time Amelia targets the same person as Parannos... With a few gestures on the air a bolt of energy leaves the tip of her finger... @MAgic Missile@

With a gurgle of blood falls the boss with an arrow in his throat. A metallic thunk is heard, followed by a curse from one of the barbarians; the whole clear illuminates with few magical arrows leaving Amelia fingers impacting the chest of the barbarian; burning leather, fur and skin, he decide to attack Parannos but fails by a large margin. Another attacks Amelia and manage to make her a small cut in the belly (-4hp). Two of them see the fall of his boss and turn around running to the woods.

Having danced away from his attacker's blow, Parannos draws his dagger, tries to maneuver himself behind the one who cut Amelia and aims for his kidneys.

Draugthuilion draws another arrow and aims it at the back of the one who is escaping. At the same moment the wolf sprints after the two running bandits growling menacingly with the clear intent of ripping their throats.

As soom as Amelia got hit Shadow left her shoulder , making a strange noise and showing his discomfort he flew to a branch over the fight. Amelia took a step back and as steady as she could formed another set of gestures... whispering she pointed at the barbarian and a ray of fire left her finger..@Scorching ray@

The attack of Parannos not pass the thick layer of leather and fur which wrapp the barbarian who is more and more angry when he cannt impale the cleric with his sword. "Come here squirrel, stop jumping" The barbarians are incredibly fast and Draugthuilion arrow is lost in the dark without getting their target Susi disappears among the trees in persecution The rays fails to hit the barbarian, but he hit her in the face with his huge fist (-3hp), strange lights shine in the eyes of Amelia; She was close to passing out.

The elf notices Amelia's situations and looses an arrow at the man who hit her. In the forest Susi redyes himself to jump the closest villain's back and bite his neck.
