Man, I really wish I had batteries for my digital camera when the ice storm came through here a few weeks back. There was some really great shots of ice covered trees. There was this one tree that had these buds on it, and the ice formed around each individual bud. It was really pretty. Sad though that all those buds are now dead and the tree will probably die.

The ice storm sounds beautiful (not to drive in, just to look at). SO excited about the CD - so when do you expect to release it, Lord Elrond? Or is it too soon to mark my calendar?

Well, Lord Elrond has sent the release forms to the artists involvd, and asked us to return them and the tracks by the 28th of feb - so I don't think it'll be too long after that.

Yes, deadlines for musicians is set to February 28th. So hopefully not too late after that (we need time for cover art, CD-production etc).

Oh true Tinc! I had forgotten Memory is good but short Using FTP is rather easy, but a bit boring I currently use LeechFTP, which seems to have been discontinued. But they all work the same. 1) Install it, 2) create a bookmark/site connection/entry/whatever, 3) enter the domain/host, username and password 4) Connect 5) upload your file. The trick is to find a good and simple FTP-program. There are many, some cost money, some are crap. I've used LeechFTP and SmartFTP and even the plugin for Firefox (forgotten the name of it, but works great!) Easy peasy

I really like the book-thing, I think it will look great when it's finished. Can't wait to have our first CD in the bookshelf!
